HIGH PLAINS CAVAPOOS |CAVAPOO PUPPIES FOR SALE IN TEXAS
HOW THEY ARE RAISED
The video shows their huge yard where they run and play together. They spend their days there and in the house. At night they go into their kennel to make sure that they get their fare share of food.
Our dogs stay in the kennel at night to be fed and for their safety. In the daytime they have the run of the back yard and get plenty of exercise. The kennel is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. There is a doggy door to allow them access to go inside or to go into the back yard.
When our puppies are born they are placed in a large crate with their mother inside our house. Inside the crate 2 towels are placed down on the bottom and secured with Gorilla Tape because otherwise their moms may dig around in the towels and cover them up. Underneath the crate are placed two blankets. The bottom one is thick and the top one in an electric blanket. This keeps the puppies warm. For a puppies first two weeks of life he cannot control his body temperature and if he crawls too far off and gets cold he may die. So the electric blanket is a life saver. The barrier in the center keeps the puppies from getting to far away from their mother. Also I can place food and water on the other side. During this time we take them out and hold them while we watch TV. It is their snuggle time.
When the puppies are 6 weeks old they go to the Vet to be vaccinated and Vet checked. Afterwards they and their mother are moved into the kennel where she teaches them to use the doggy door to go outside to do their business. There is another area right outside of their enclosures where we let them come out to run and play. We have a swing there to sit and enjoy them.
INFORMATION
Cavapoos look like toy stuffed dogs with the kind of silky hair that is so squeezably soft. The Cavapoo is a crossbreed between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Miniature or Toy Poodle. The Cavapoo is hypoallergenic to most people plus low- to non-shedding. If you have noticed, there are different letters and numbers designating what amount of Cavalier King Charles and Poodle are in them. The F-1 is one half Poodle and one half Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. That is what we raise. They have a more Teddy Bear–like appearance and I consider them calmer than the F-1 B. The F-1 B is a Cavapoo crossed with either a Poodle or a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. An F-2 is a Cavapoo F-1 crossed to another F-1 Cavapoo.

www.aspcapetinsurance.com Pet Insurance is probably a good idea. I picked the ASPCA Insurance because they do so much good for our furry friends.
Pet supplies such as wormers, tick and flea products and even medications can be found at Chewy.com https://www.chewy.comwww.chewy.com I love buying form them. They are very fast at delivering. As far as Flea and Tick medication I prefer Frontline. It is applied between the shoulders. My Veterinarian advised against the gerneric brand. He said that it doesn't cover as well. I also like the Adam's spray and the Adam's Flea and Tick Shampoo. For a wormer I prefer Panacur which I get from my Veterinarian.
The dry Dog Food that we prefer is 4HEALTH. We get it at Tractor Supply. https://www.tractorsupply.com Dry dog food is processed better than canned. Might be better to use people food than canned food. My Veterinarian says they call the ingrediants in the canned the 4 Ds. Animals in it that are dead, deseased, decayed and I don't remember the forth. She believes that it is full of bacteria. Why do I put this in here? Because she believes that I probably lost a litter of puppies because of it.
Feeding your Cavapoo puppy quality food is important for health, growth, and overcoming illnesses. Prevention of parasites and other vermin keeps your puppy happy and safe.
